Operations

   The utility run as a stand-alone process, listening for client requests. In a normal connection procedure, the program support the SEND, RECV, DELETE and QUIT commands. But all programation myst be done from client side.

  The program use to run in port 27015, but running with the commandline param port, it can listen on any other port (Use /port:nnn).
